This was our first experience renting an RV and everything went smoothly. Jay was very helpful and informative on pick up day. We picked the hottest week of the summer to go camping but the A/C worked fine at keeping us cool. The RV came with pretty much what we needed...camping chairs, cookware, utensils, BBQ grill, etc... it was a great experience and we would do it again. I highly recommend this RV.

We had a great first experience renting a camper with this friendly couple. The camper is the perfect size for the two of us. The trailer drove well behind our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 6-cylinder - the sway bars we added really helped. The camper was very clean and stocked with just about everything needed. Josephine and Lester were very helpful in hooking up the camper and they spent a significant amount of time answering our questions. It took a little time to get the refrigerator cool in the excruciating hot sun - I recommend getting a shady spot or not arriving in the middle of the afternoon. The only improvement I can think of is to create a list of what the camper is already stocked with to avoid renters packing unneeded stuff. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
