Expected to have a great time. Picked up and headed on the trip. First use of the toilet. It was broken. Immediately contacted him to let him know. Couldn’t have been more proactive. To his knowledge everything worked perfectly. Went 3 days having to manually flush the toilet because valve didn’t open with foot pedal. Blamed it on me that pedal was not pressed correctly. MADE ME PAY 550$ out of deposit to fix it. All outside speakers are blown. Can’t listen to any music outside the RV. Apparently a light cover was missing when the RV was returned. No one would intentionally remove a cover in the roof for us to have to pay for it in our deposit. Which is what happened. Our last day the AC drain started pouring into the cab. Looked like it was raining inside. For 315$ a day we expected better. He practically kept most of my deposit for repairs that weren’t even my fault and out of my control. And didn’t even let me dispute any of the charges. I have contacted outdoorsy on this matter.BEWARE AND CHK EVERYTHING

We had an absolute blast! From start to finish David was a pleasure to work with and got back to us quickly about any questions. The RV was BEAUTIFUL and half the other RV’ers on the road stopped to tell us how luck y we were to be in such a nice vehicle! Everything is brand new and in perfect running condition. We were sad to have to go:(

We had a great time with the RV. It was in great condition, simple to operate and easy to drive for a first timer like me.
