This was my 1st experience renting an RV and with Outdoorsy - it was EXCELLENT.
All hotels in Stratford were booked, so i happened upon Outdoorsy's site and located this trailer. Tracy was very quick with all her replies and answers to my questions. She made the entire experience super positive. The trailer was just what we needed. We booked a campsite at Wildwood Conservation Park (15 min drive to Stratford). The trailer was in excellent condition, super clean and ready for use.
After a full day at the ball diamond, we looked fwd to returning to the camper and sitting outside by the fire enjoying smores and spider dogs. This was a way better alternative to booking a hotel for the weekend!!! We will do it again for sure and highly recommend renting from Tracy. Thank you, Tracy, for helping make our weekend awesome!

Excellent experience dealing with Tracey and Rob. We got them to deliver and they were super helpful setting everything up for us. Trailer was exactly as described. If we are looking for a trailer in the area again we will definitely be contacting them.

Tracy and her husband were fantastic to deal with. They explained everything about the trailer and responded very quickly when we had a question during the week. I’m not sure how our rental experience could have been any better. The trailer is very comfortable and well-maintained. We had a wonderful week.
