Thank you! We really enjoyed our trip with your RV! the RV was extremely clean and ready to go. basic items chairs, pots, pans, soap, paper towels, trailer hitch etc were clean and ready to go!

The trip was good until the owner decided to withhold our entire security deposit because they found dog hair, and some alleged wood damage that neither of us noted during the return walk-thru. We have a dog so some hair was on our belongings, but the dog was never inside. Maybe she thinks No Pets means you cannot even own a pet. She claims to have a loose cleaning policy but even complained about dirt in the exterior storage area. I have yet to hear from claims to dispute the matter or see any evidence of the alleged wood damage and owner has become non-responsive. I openly admitted to minor damage to the exterior door, easily repaired and she is even blowing that out of proportion. Perhaps the matter will still be settled reasonably, but at this point I would not recommend RENTER BEWARE.

Your 5-Star review was altered after I initiated the Security Deposit - Which said "Our trip was great! The trailer was easy to pull and housed my wife and I and our two kids for our first trip nicely. Everything was very clean, lots of small extras provided, and the owners are a pleasure! 100% Recommend". The Security Deposit was withheld due to the extremely poor condition the trailer was returned. My cleaning policy is not strict - But there was excessive dirt and sand, even in the shower, sinks, and toilet. The sink had dirty dishes, floors had mud, and exterior storage was full of sand. Also, A high amount of pet hair was discovered and I have a strict no pet policy to provide the cleanest trailer possible for my renters. I had to have it professionally cleaned to get it back to the condition it was received, specifically upholstery for the pet hair and dander. The wood damages were an option to add to the claim - but I instead included in the security deposit. Honestly, if it was included in the claim, replacement would have been estimated higher than the deposit provided. You mentioned it was not noted - However these were discovered and still fall within the agreement that renter is responsible for damage and not following policy. The door of the trailer was returned with a large impact that tore apart the fiberglass and interior of the door from poor maneuvering - I responded very kindly to this damage and am letting Outdoorsy handle things from here.
