Our 9 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons was truly amazing. The RV experience, boondocking, remote campgrounds made it truly memorable. Susan's rv was stocked with everything we needed and more. It ran perfectly our entire trip and everything worked as it should. Susan was a great host, gave clear rv instructions, quick to respond and very flexible on pick up and drop off times. Thank you Susan for letting us experience nature in your Rv.

Very good overall. Just have a minor issue with the battery (empty very quick with out explanation) was in yellowstone and Grand Teton without hookup. Susan couldn't explain but will fix this issue.

Susan is quick to respond with any questions. Easy pick up and drop off. The RV was easy to use. My husband is slightly handicapped and had a difficult time getting in and out of bed and the table bed is a bit too short for an adult, but that was our personal issues, not the RV. Was stocked with the basics which made the load time easy. The storage area in back is great for all the extras. My cute grandson loved pretend driving the "Big Truck"

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The RV is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the airport. We were only two people but the RV could comfortable accommodate 4 people. Everything we needed was in the unit: kitchen utensils, linens for sleeping and showering etc. camping chairs for sitting outside and a foldable table. The unit drives perfectly and everything worked without issues. The hot water was hot and the freezer and fridge are perfect. There is also an onboard generator which we hardly used. Susan was extremely responsive when I had a question and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. I would highly recommend.
TIP-
1. although Susan will explain how the unit works, I would also look on YouTube or Google in advance because everything looks different when you’re in the dark at your campsite😀
2. Bring gloves (and extra gloves) to empty the holding tanks
3. There is a huge “trunk” To store suitcases, etc.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish

We (family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 6 & 9) rented Susan’s RV for 8 days for a trip up to Yellowstone and the Tetons. Everything was great, and the RV was stocked with everything we could need aside from food. This was our first RV trip, and she was very patient with my many questions. This RV was a perfect size for us. I would definitely rent from her in the future.

We had an amazing trip in Utah. The RV held up and we didn’t experience any mechanical issues with the drive or the main systems. There were a few minor issues that Susan is addressing at the moment that shouldn’t be an issue for future RV’ers, as well as some suggestions for increased comfort that I. Remove will be implemented for future travelers. All in all it was a decent unit. It did well on gas mileage, and the appliances from the microwave to the AC and heater ran smoothly.

We had rented this RV from Susan, and she answered all our questions and was great at communicating with us, this is the perfect size camper for going through the Grand Tetons and into Yellowstone, everything work perfect, and all the extras were nice to have, if we go back we will definitely rent from Susan again.

The 23' and the internal layout of the Thor Freedom Freedom Elite suited perfectly our needs.
The RV was clean and well equipped, I would say very cozy, and practically new.
Susan and her mother have been very kind and willing.
The excellent value for money of this RV make it the best option in Salt Lake City.
