Excellent communication, nice amenities included like the multi-charging port, flexible and super friendly and personable. The car rode nicely. Made use of the luggage storage on top.

Carly was amazing to work with! The SUV was in great shape, easy to drive and got good gas mileage. Carly gave us so many great tips on places to visit and was very flexible on pick up and drop off times. I would highly recommend renting from Carly!

We traveled up to Anchorage for a wedding, and needed a car that could sit six people comfortably. We found Carl's posting and resevered it without any problems. She was there when we landed and showed us about the car, as well as leaving us with a couple of homemade items! The car was in great shape and got great gas mileage for the trips to Eagle Creek as well as down to Seward for the wedding. Carly was in great communication with us, especially during arranging the pickup with our weird schedule. She was incredibly nice as well as incredibly helpful! We will definitly rent from her again!!!!

Great vehicle, ran great and was comfortable. Carly was very good at communication from the time we reserved and during if need be. The Thule box was helpful to store our camping gear.
