Jennifer is great. She took our booking at the last minute and have the car ready for us early the next day. She walked us through how everything works, what to watch out for and provide immediate response for any of our questions. The car runs great, accommodate 4 adults and 1 kids just fine, we had a great time.

It was our first time in an RV and Jennifer gave us a great explanation of how everything works. It was much more spacious than we expected, with lots of storage and a comfortable bed. The RV was easy to drive, and was surprisingly fuel efficient. Everything worked well. We are excited to do this again.

Truly AMAZING experience. From the friendly, fast communication with Jennifer, to the exquisite and easy ride with all the bells and whistles (some I didn’t even know existed until now) — a luxurious place to call home on the road! We had it for nearly 2 weeks - took it to freezing temps and triple digits… perfectly comfortable all the way! Drives like a dream! Once you camp with this baby, you won’t want to go any other way! We ended up extending our trip another day because we didn’t want it to end! Will definitely be coming back for another trip! Trust us - this is the one you want! Thanks Jennifer!!

This is my 2nd time renting from Jennifer and it was just as great as the first time! The RV is beautiful inside and out, we even received multiple compliments at the camp site.

I do apologize for your bad experience. The hard to communicate reason is husband doesn’t speak English, but I’m always here response for all the questions. He is studying English now but it’ll take time

This was our first time renting a RV and Jennifer and her husband made it stress free and wonderful for us! From the time we inquired abut the RV to return, she communicated promptly and guided us well. Both Jennifer and her husband were courteous, friendly, flexible and helpful in many ways.
This RV is a brand new one and had all what we wanted. We had a pleasant experience while camping. Will definitely go back to them if I am planning on a RV trip in the future.
