Nightmare!!
Head lights were not working. Tail lights didn’t work. Hot water heater didn’t work. Cost us almost $300 to repair, lost 3 days due to mechanical failures. Bonnie was ok, her husband was the most disrespectful, abusive person to Bonnie
He said oh well once the vehicle is rented Outdoorsy is responsible not us..... they did NOT make sure vehicle was road worthy
We had to in winterize during our trip. The RV rattled the entire 800 mile trip.
Bonnie promised to credit lost days, reimburse us for repair and make things right, when we returned the story changed....
Stay clear of this one!!!!

We had a great trip, Bonnie was easy to communicate with.

I didn't think much of communication with Outdoorsy during my trip when I had questions but Bonnie always made herself available.

Bonnie was a gracious and accommodating lady. the RV ran great and was extremely comfortable. I'd rent again in a heart beat!
