We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this trailer. When we picked it up the owner was trying to wipe it out. The out door kitchen was not useable. Filthy !! There were not proper kitchen equipment I.e. dishes etc. (some paper plates) old wine glasses.
We do not feel we should have to pay the “prep fee” as we had to clean and vacuum the trailer before we could think of sleeping in it.
Very Disappointed to say the least.

Sorry you feel this way. There were definitely dishes. Above the sink is stocked full of plates, cups, bowls, etc. Cutlery and dish towels in the drawers below and pots and pans in the stove.

Janet and Rich are wonderful hosts. It was a very easy process and they showed us all of the features of the trailer. Their normal service comes with the water tank full, but we did not need that as we were only using the trailer for one night to sleep at our wedding. I would absolutely rent from them again, and recommend anyone else to use their trailer. It is a great size for a family of 4 or 5, and the option to bring your pet is super helpful!

I cannot give a bad review or low rating being the first one to rent from outdoorsy.
Janet and Ryan did try their best but there is always room to give a little more to help improve our stay. Sheets, blankets and Towels would be a great option. The kitchen and utensils were all there for us as was the outdoor flattop griddle was a nice option as was the barbecue. The Generator ran flawlessly through the night and we had plenty of gas to run it.
