The unit we rented was very nice and just what we picked. We were surprised to see a nice large rug/mat outside the camper when we arrived. I had brought 2 rugs with us, so we only needed one. We had a problem with the cable for the TV's, but our call was answered promptly and fixed promptly. We did have a problem with the air conditioner. We had to put a piece of plastic over the vent in the bathroom, because it blasted cold air and you froze when we came out of the shower. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was very loud and the fan ran on high only, as the switch on one side of the unit was broke. We finally tapped that and it helped some.
We enjoyed the unit and will certainly book another RV from you in the future. Thank you

The unit we had was very well kept, exactly as described and priced fairly. The entire process from reservations, to deliver, to check out was all excellent. Correspondence was perfect when we needed it.

The only thing was the pillows. You need better pillows. Also it would be nice to have a block with different knives. Otherwise it was excellent.

The on-site delivery to Sun Outdoors was excellent. We arrived to the camper completely set-up and ready to go. The camper was clean and well stocked and worked great for our family of five. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We had a blast and we will definitely book with the Cozy Turtle again. I highly recommend them.

Overall the RV was good, plenty of space and the family enjoyed it. The cleaning prior to us taking it for the weekend could have been a touch better in my opinion. Almost like it was just a quick cleanup from the people that left it before us and not professionally cleaned. And the RV is seeing wear and tear from it being used frequently, but to be expected. Will book again as the hosts of the RV were helpful and attentive to any questions we had.

David and Adam were awesome to deal with. Very prompt with delivery and pickup and both were extremely nice. We would definitely recommend them to anyone going to Myrtle beach SC area.
