My husband and I rented this camper from Luis to travel to Upstate New York to visit family and friends. From the moment I started to contact Luis, his response time was exceptional. He is a very welcoming person and EXTREMELY friendly. When I looked at the pictures and asked him a few questions about how and what we need to haul his camper, we didn’t need to do a single thing to our 2012 Toyota Tacoma in order to haul it safely. He supplied all of the attachments and hitches, which eased our stress so much! Not to mention, the camper is even more beautiful in person! I was so surprised at how affordable it is to rent this camper as well since it is a brand new 2021 Coleman camper! The only downside, and I mean the ONLY downside of it, is that you may need to bring an extra mattress topper for the queen size bed. It could use an extra layer of cushion if you don’t prefer a stiff bed like myself. Besides the bed, we had an amazing experience renting for the first time on Outdoorsy and I’m so glad Luis was the first person we rented from! You will not be disappointed

Luis was easy and quick to communicate with and answer questions. The trailer was extremely clean, spotless, and he explained the hook up part and had the necessary parts/accessories (stabilizer/generator/propane tank/etc) to use if needed. Would rent this trailer again, it worked for our needs, and and was easy to handle and get use to. Thanks!

Luis was a great host. Very pleasant and inviting, he made me feel comfortable the moment we met. Once I was all set to pull off with the trailer. My mind was set that the trip was going to go with a hitch.
The return went very smoothly as well. Luis communicated for a drop off time that fit us both.
Of course, as you can imagine. The trip and travel trailer experience was amazing.
