Hello, My name is Ricky and love being outside so decided to get this travel trailer. so i want to share the love of experiencing driving and camping in a trailer. best camping is waking up on a southern california beach and enjoying the roar of the ocean in the morning. See you in the water

Richard is the best! I had to fumigate my parent's house and this was my first time renting a trailer. I had no clue about anything and had so many questions. Richard was quick to respond and made me feel at ease. We had the trailer delivered to us since we have no tow hitch. When it came time to back into our driveway, he really went out of the way to park it carefully. We can't let any part of the trailer, including the hitch, hang over the apron because our city sends parking enforcement out daily. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac so it's not the easiest to turn into but he was so good at it and made it look easy. After a quick tutorial on how to use everything (it's so easy), he was on his way and we were loading up the trailer. If our driveway wasn't so difficult to work with, it would have taken only 30 minutes for him to deliver, give us a tutorial, and be on his way. My parents had fun sleeping in the trailer and were amazed at how quiet it was inside even though they're next to a busy street. If we ever need another trailer, I know who to call again. First of all, I'm very happy that we found a rig available at the last minute! Thank you and we very much appreciate you working with us on that! We had a great trip and so happy we were able to make it work out!
Just a few tips, constructively, for next time:
Make sure you clean very well, I found mold in the refrigerator which I had to clean myself and the freezer stinks. Also found an old sock behind the fold out bed. Stock it better with supplies like a dishwashing sponge, bigger frying pans, extra toilet paper, paper towels, wine opener, spatula, things one would need.
Noticed the tags are expired, the bathroom door does not stay shut, the radio did not work, screen door does not stay shut and you should replace the broken awning. Adding a tow hitch on the back would be a nice feature as well.
Please don't take this the wrong way, just trying to help out so you can make it nice for future renters.
