The camper is pet friendly. But I am a neat freak a bit. It has seen a lot of miles, but new tires. Heat works. No ac, yet. Electric works fine. Plugs into vehicles or 110.

Ben is kind and friendly, understanding and very accommodating. His 92 Jayco is a little long in the tooth and needs some attention, mainly the canvas and cabinet drawers. It was serviceable for a long-weekend trip but any extended trips with inclement weather might be an issue. If you are looking for a step up from tent camping, this will give you the experience you are looking for. My wife and kids were comfortable and happy with the experience.
We didn't use the water hook up or the gas stove.
Was a little expensive considering the condition/age, I would consider renting from Ben again.
