Chuck was super available from the beginning when I had a technical question and was flexible on exchange times. He takes excellent mechanical care of his rig and I had no worries about delays.

Great experience! The RV was huge (slept 6 kids no problem), was very comfortable, and came with everything we needed for a week long vacation. Everything worked well and the generator kept us cool!
