We're a family of adventurers who love traveling and new experiences. We have 4 kids and 2 fur babies so we always have something going on. Family trips mean so much to us because we really get to reconnect as a family.

The trailer wqs visually beautiful. The 2 recliners were broken, the hook up flr outside stove amd BBQ weren't there. The tires went flat and they said it was because we went on a gravel road. If the tires were old and week they went flat. Owner claims we ram over a nail amd is trying to charge us. The owners swemed very kind until i wanted my $500 deposit back. I paid close to $850 plus $500 deposit which they are refusing to refund. The owners say we "scratched" the older furniture , and are trying to charge for this. They said there wqs a small scratch on the outer side of trailer? Makes no sense. Renter beware

The recliners weren't broken prior to your trip. Les Schwab is the one who found the nail in the side wall. We told your son where the hoses for the outside cooktops were and checked when you told us they weren't there. We hooked them up and made sure they were in working order (which they were) We knew you were going to demand your money back because your son warned us that's what you do. We didn't even add into the claim the gas can you stole from us. You're welcome.

Very good people to rent from. We had a great trip and this trailer made it all the better. We really appreciated the flexibility for when we could pick the trailer up and dropping it off. Will rent from them again!

Great Experience with this RV & The owners! Highly Recommend renting from them - they are very flexible with Pickup and Drop off times, which is really important when you want to leave early and come home in the later afternoon.

The trailer was just what we needed, clean comfortable, big enough we could have our daughters stay one night and uncle another, quick response to questions form owners. Easy hand off from start to finish, made this a wonderful trip for us.
