About Kyle Sorrels's RV rentals
Hey there. Summer and Kyle here. We are an adventurous couple with a pup and a little boy. Looking to rent out our gorgeous travel trailer to anyone who wants to experience the beauty that is travel. We do fitness travel; triathlons, marathons, and tough runs. We're well equipped to handle your local fitness challenge, happy to make sure you have the fuel you need at the starting line. But we're not all work and no play! We also love a long relaxing weekend by the lake. What kind of traveler are you?

Souvenirs de séjours avec les camping-car de Kyle Sorrels

This camper arrived for a two week stay vacation for us to sleep and relax in while working on our house. All we needed was lights in the evening, TV, internet, and some heat if it got really cold. Unfortunately the camper had a very lonely stay in our backyard while we slept in the garage for the entire time we kept it… three days.First, the sewage from the last stay wasn’t flushed until right before it was brought to us. It took all night with all the windows open to get that awful smell out of the bedroom especially. That night got down to 45F outside. Is your garage heated and insulated?Next morning when we attempted to go inside there was a blaring alarm. We aren’t RVers. So, we called Kyle. He said we must be out of propane from the refrigerator using it and the alarm on the refrigerator was going off. Ok, propane… refrigerators. First of all, we didn’t need refrigerators. We had that in our house along with running water, stove and a dishwasher. We needed a nice warm, clean and clean smelling place to stay with internet, TV, and lights. We did contact Kyle in advance to delivery as to the type of hookup needed to be installed for power on our house, but he would not provide. So the electrician said to wait for the camper to arrive and then he’d install.Kyle does appear to be a very sweet young man just starting out with a new family so asking him to immediately take the camper back when it arrived because it smelled like an out house seemed insensitive on our part. He said he forgot to clean out the tank during his wife’s delivery of their first child until that morning, but not to worry the deodorizer would fix it fast.Kyle also said with plugging the TV into the house through an extension cord the camper battery would last two weeks for the little time we’d be using it for lights and we didn’t need to install RV power plug on our house. That was great news given we weren’t positive that smell would go away. But by morning, the smell was gone :).Unfortunately, there was the alarm from propane running out for the refrigerators which we didn’t need anyways, but we did need propane for heat to take off the chill at night. Kyle said, we’d have to fill the tanks which seemed ridiculous that they didn’t come full for a stay vacation as he said when delivered.A few hours after that there was another alarm. This time it was like an extremely annoying and loud smoke detector. This could not be shutoff like the refrigerator alarm. This was caused by the now dead battery, but Kyle said it was the carbon monoxide alarm. He would be out tomorrow… afternoon. So for the second night, the camper spent another lonely night in our backyard while we froze in the garage with our ten year old son.By now, I’m extremely stressed living in the garage with contractors working all around us and a camper that’s not one bit helpful. My child wouldn’t go in it without a TV or heat. I mean seriously, what’s the point. At this point we are spending over $110/night on begging Kyle repeatedly for help for one thing or another.Kyle finally arrives and fixes everything… until he leaves. A couple hours later the internet STOPS!! Again, we didn’t rent this for a “camping/nature” experience”. It didn’t really break as much as their plan ran out of data according to the device. Kyle would not fix this. Again, it was another plea for sympathy on his part. Like the battery. Kyle knew before he brought the camper the battery had issues, but the new battery he bought didn’t fit. So, he tried and we should appreciate the effort. Luckily my husband is a car guy and had a trickle charger and a spare battery for us to use once Kyle showed us where the hookup was and the propane which he swore wasn’t out but he never turned the furnace on either.Without TV and internet there is no relaxing in the camper as again, we didn’t rent it to camp. Kyle knew exactly why we rented it and what we needed.

We rented Kyle's RV for 5 nights. This was our first time renting an RV and Kyle was super helpful and explained how everything worked. He responded to text messages right away. Drop off and pick up was very smooth. We are a family of 4 (2 college kids) and were attending a dog show. There was plenty of room for all of us. The RV is very up to date with all the convenience of home, including wifi and TV for rainy days. Sleeping was comfortable and the AC worked despite record hot days in Central Florida. Highly recommend this RV experience.

We had our RV delivered to Alafia River State Park. After a 10 hour drive from Mississippi, we arrived to find Kyle waiting for us with everything set up and ready to go! The bed is HUGE and very comfortable and the living area is quite spacious. We were the envy of all of our friends at the campsite and was great to be able to hang out inside to escape rain and mosquitoes. Lots of windows and an AC that kept us cool during the day. The unit in the bedroom is a little loud, but we turned it off at night and the main AC which is quiet was able to keep us cool. Stove was easy to light and the TWO refrigerators worked as they should. Large sink made dishwashing a breeze. Kyle provided plenty of linens and towels. Only a small pot and small frying pan though, and the coffee maker was not great, so you may want to bring your own. We wanted to get on the road early to head home and Kyle was quite gracious to accommodate us. He showed up bright and early and was warm and friendly during check out. Overall a very pleasant experience. I can certainly recommend renting this trailer!
