The nightly rental rate was reasonable, and the RV generally met our basic needs. However, several significant issues impacted our experience.

I would like to clarify a few points. The hitch was available but remained locked by default and could have been unlocked upon request. This helps prevent unauthorized towing and potential damage from excessive loads
I acknowledge the listing incorrectly stated six seat belts when this RV has four. That was my mistake. I manage several RVs with six seat belts and mistakenly assumed this newer RV had the same capacity. 2 more seat belts already ordered.
The awning was damaged by a previous renter 2 days before your booking. Replacement parts were ordered immediately but had not arrived before your trip.
There were no surprise fees. All fees were disclosed, acknowledged, and included in the signed rental agreement before the trip. In addition, before any charges were processed, I provided a detailed breakdown and asked you to confirm them, to which you responded, "Sounds good." I also reduced certain charges, including a $100 discount on late return and cleaning-related fees.

The camper was great, very clean, comfortable and well put together. Drove great too. Had a great trip. Was my first RV trip, Evgeniy walked us how to use everything and where all the equipment/tools were located. Would definitely rent again!

Nice trip and great host. Probably user error but there were a few things I could not figure out how to operate such as electrical plugs with generator. Would use again for sure.

RV was great! Ran great and was the perfect size for our event. Owner was a great communicator and was flexible with my pick up time. Great experience.
