We took the van to Grand Staircase Escalante in Utah and had a great time. The process to rent the van was simple and easy. I was able to message with Brodie before renting the van and he answered all of my questions. Picking up the van was just as easy, Brodie is a great guy, he spent almost an hour with us to show us everything about the van before we got on the road. During the trip we did have some questions and Brodie was available when we needed him. Returning the van was just as easy. This van is rented with unlimited miles which was a big help to us since we drove to Utah. You will need about 30 minutes of driving to really get the hang of driving the van since it is so tall and long but it really does drive like a regular car. Pros: Van was super clean when we picked it up, the inside has everything you need, great lighting, seats swivel, sink works well, bed is comfortable, the back has lots of storage, the cooking stove top works really well, huge light bar on top. Cons: The shower is not really heated, (but he does include a sun shower too), the awning does not work, front door speakers were not working. Overall this is a great van, very capable on the road in desert, mountains (over 8K) inside is comfortable, has everything you need to be self contained and have a great time. Brodie the host was great. If we go back to Arizona we would definitely rent this van again.

We had a fabulous trip - our host was very helpful and provided thorough instructions which was much appreciated for our first van experience. The hike and camping he recommended proved to be a favorite on our trip!

Brodie was exceptionally helpful and communicative. The rig itself is fantastic and I really appreciated the quality and functionality of the tires when I had to drive through snow and on deeply rutted dirt roads. The interior is also surprisingly comfortable and we were pleasant surprised with how easy the bathroom is to use, since this was our first time in a camper van.

Great time and Brodie was awesome from the begging.
We had all the amenities we needed and then some. The van was in top notch shape, super good mileage and it was exactly what we needed for my wife and I. We went to reservation lake AZ

Our 2-night trip to the White Mountains of Arizona were great! Brodie and Joy were great teachers explaining the components of the van. The Sprinter was the perfect for us first timers. Experienced travelers will find the features and equipment easy to use. Communications was always clear, and the process of pickup and return was excellent! We recommend Brodie and Joy for your next adventure in the Sprinter.
