The two of us who rented the van were new to van camping. We lucked out with a practically new van that worked perfectly, whether we had a camping site with electricity or without. The owner was very easy to work with, amicable and patient. He gave us a thorough walk-through and went out of his way to answer any questions we had.
Our original booking was cancelled by the owner due to an unexpected van repair. Outdoorsy gave us excellent service in finding a replacement. Overall, we would highly recommend Outdoorsy as well as the Thor Sequence.
