Please be very aware of this rental. We rented this trailers or my sons 13th birthday. The couple seemed really nice and helpful at first but turned out to be a nightmare. First of all we paid for our rv and we were informed by the owner that the previous renters did some damage to the expanding side visor but we can still use it. Which was not true we couldn’t use the expansion shade because we didn’t want to damage it even more and be blamed for it. Also when we took off the pole that is connected to the exapansion visor came off of the trailer on the freeway so we had to pull over the side of the freeway to tape it to the rv. It was dangerous, what if it completely broke off and hit a car on the freeway. But they rented it to us like that. And after our trip they filed a claim of 4,500 of damage for us to pay things that we didn’t even damage. Please be very careful of renting this trailer. A very stressful and awful experience!

Miguel, let’s not play victim! We didn’t get upset about all the damages when you brought back the RV because we document everything. The beauty of outdoor is everything is documented & tracked. We have before and after pictures from your rental ..pick up and drop off (time stamped) . We let you pick up a day early and bring it back a day late with no extra charges to you on agreement you would bring it back clean. The trailer was brought back dirty, damaged and full of dog hair. Your dog chewed up the bedroom door and you burnt holes in my window covers, damaged blinds, sink and stove / oven. You even let my husband know you didn’t tie down your dirt bikes correctly and that’s where the wall damages came from & bunk bed. You are lying, We let you know the week before your rental at the walk through about the awning being damaged not to use it (outdoorsy had documented it was broken & had it in system as previous renter below did his own claim ) you came a week before your rental and saw it, you had the option to cancel your booking at no cost and still picked up the following week! The messages are still on the outdoorsy app. I told you not to use awning, We added the pop up so you wouldn’t use it and you damaged both! We didn’t even file the claim for the extra awning damages and as it was already in the outdoorsy system to be repaired. The claims team forwarded you my itemized excel. The excel clearly stated line per line the damages are for interior damages only. God bless!

This was our first experience renting a toy hauler and Jose was very helpful and informative. We had a great time on our trip.

The RV was perfect for my husband and I. It met all our needs. Jose and Toni were lovely and wonderful to work with. We will absolutely rent again.

Great toy hauler. It was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our trip with this trailer. We did a full hook up at Lake Skinner. Jose was very helpful and communicated great. I would recommend this trailer.

Booking was NOT canceled same day as departure. You instabooked on a date trailer was booked privately and same minute you booked, we canceled your booking , notified you and outdoorsy refunded you. Error on outdoorsy end.

Jose was very accommodating to pickup and drop off and trailer was in great shape. Worked perfectly for my family and easy to haul the bikes. Would definitely recommend.

Jose has and it’s more than accommodating to his guests. Fits a 4 seat RZR turbo just fine! Would highly recommend. I will continue to use him in the future!

My hunny and I really enjoyed our stay in the RV. The appliances and bathroom systems worked well. Jose had everything set up for when we arrived. He went over how to use everything in the RV. I would use his RV again.

Jose is very personable and friendly. He was accommodating and courteous. He was easy to work with and very polite. I can't say enough good things about him, but I know if you rent from him you will have a great experience. Thank you Jose for making the weekend with my son memorable. Hope to do business again in the future.
