Our beloved Travel Trailers are AKA Crookshanks and Greebo to our 4 kids. We also have a beautiful 4 bedroom Seaside Oregon Beach House rental (aka) Mermaids Song where we spend our down time. Both our careers are in the area of "Service" to others. If there is anything we can do to make your time more enjoyable and satisfying....WE Want TO Know! We love water destinations! Beach and lakes are where our RV ends up most of the time. Our favorite destinations are Bullards Beach State Park and Detroit Lake State Rec area. We also try to make it to Lake Billy Chinook once a year. We love taking the kids out on the boat. You can find us on Facebook in the Travel Trailer Life Group.

Crookshanks was on a trip with another customer who inadvertently damaged the slide out. We worked with RVshare and the customer to try and find a suitable replacement and Donald was offered a discount on a future trip with us.

William & Marie Moore were awesome to communicate with as well as the rv was incredibly stocked, clean, and everything working. We highly recommend renting from them and we will certainly be contacting them in the future if we want to rent again!

Much to say. Bill and Marie are great. The trailer was "pull away" stocked with everything you might need. I was unaware that a trailer brake system was needed. Thankfully, they stated that in the owner's remarks (I did not see that in the other trailers I looked at on Outdoorsy). Also, for those not familiar with trailers, the advertised trailer's length is from the hitch to the rear bumper. Two weeks prior, we rented a 28 foot Class C motorhome and had plenty of space. The trailer's living space is about 5 feet less than the advertised length, so it was a bit tight for the four of us.There were a two issues which prohibited a five star rating. 1) They have two trailers, almost identical. The picture on Outdoorsy shows the newer one. When we arrived, Bill informed us we were taking the older of the two. I did not mind since it was the one they "personally used." Bill also said it was 1000 pounds lighter (easier to tow), but that should have been communicated earlier. 2) The last day of our trip at about 10a, I received a text from Bill that the trailer needed to be back by 5p (for another customer). Bill works during the day, so pickup and delivery is scheduled in the evenings (You can pick it up the day prior with no additional charge). We went from a leisurely morning in Coos Bay to hurry up, pack up, move out. When I spoke to Bill , he said he was informed of the new rental on the Wednesday prior (2 days prior to my receiving the text). Communication was the issue for my less than 5 star rating.

We had an amazing time renting the Moore's trailer. It was packed full of everything we could have needed and made the trip so much easier. Bill was very helpful on the walk around and made sure I had everything I needed. I was a little worried about the weight of the trailer, my vehicle tow capacity is 6200, but this trailer towed very well. Bill even provided the tow hitch and sway bars. No doubt about it, we are definitely renting this trailer again.

These two were great to work with, open honest and provided the full run down on the unit rented. It also came with a bunch of extra stuff, all we had to do was bring food and the family. I would highly recommend them and will rent again. Thank You
