The RV and Lynn/Matt were great. It was exactly as represented, they were communicative, arrived on time, and were super friendly. The 2nd day the water went out and Matt drove an hour to come and fix it but was unable to, then the 3rd day the power went out despite us being super cautious to preserve. Matt again drove out to bring a generator and was able to fix the water for our last night. The water was touch/go the last day though, so we never did a shower and kept it just to toilet flushing. The linens/towels were nice, the kitchen was well stocked, fridge was spacious. Everything else was great- just spring for the generator as back up.

The trailer was clean and perfect for our stay. Lynn and Matt were punctual and super nice!

Lynn and Matt were great. Setup the trailer and took the time to walk us through the operations. We're available for questions and very welcoming. Even stocked a few of the basics for us! We would not hesitate to rent from them again!
