Trailer was dirty inside, my wife, daughter and I spent over an hour cleaning it after I picked it up. There was alot of hair in the shower and toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Very unsanitary. There were ants in the sink and walls that ended up getting into some of our food in the cabinets. The hot water heater did not work at all so we ended up taking cold showers for all 3 days of our trip. I confirmed the correct procedure for turning it on. Overall it was better than sleeping on the ground in a tent.

Michael was easy to work with. Only thing was RV never was level.
