Hallie and Eric were great to work with!
We had the RV for 2 weeks and anytime we had a question or needed assistance they were quick to respond.
It was a trip of a lifetime and we were so pleased with the RV and Hallie and Eric!

As first time RV renters we weren't sure of what to expect. After working through the Outdoorsy app and finding a good RV to rent we met with the Owner. What a great experience. Hallie was not only thorough in her explanation of the systems and what to look out for, she was also quick to reply to the one thread of questions we had when we were out on the road. The RV was clean, ran great, and everything worked as it should have. 7 days later after a great road trip. We topped off the fluids and the return was as easy as the pick up. Great app, great trip, great Owners. We would definitely rent from Hallie again. Thanks Guys!

This was our first time renting an RV and our trip went great! Hallie worked with us & was very accomidating to our specific questions and concerns. They do a through run though before you leave so you know how to work everything. The RV ran great and fridge and all appliances worked great. My biggest surprise was how much storage there was. For a family of 5 we had plenty of room for clothes, food etc. It was a little more bumpy then I had imagined it would be, but I had never been in a moving rv before. We had a few minor issues but we had great texting response from Hallie and got it figured out. Overall, everything was easy and straight forward and we would rent it again!

Had excellent experience with Hallie & Eric!
RV was clean, fully functioning, and well maintained. Owners are very easy to work with, flexible, and accommodating. They responded quickly to our questions, and offered us their bike racks, portable grill, portable tent, chairs, and many other things.
We would highly recommend them and their RV for your next trip.

We had a great time with Eric's RV and it got us through a 3 day weekend at the Gorge. Eric did his best with getting everything fixed in time that he could and made it up to us with the things that couldn't be fixed in time. Eric communicated well and was thorough in his walk-through so we knew exactly how to operate everything.

Eric was WONDERFUL to work with!!! He was available for all communications and followed through on when and how to pick up the motor coach. The coach was perfect for our family of five and everything promised was available.

Eric was great throughout the process. Was easy to communicate with at the beginning and was able to answer any question I had. He offered up his time while we were on our trip in case anything came up as well. He made everything in the RV easy to understand and has labels as well to help you remember throughout. We had no issues with anything while we camped and would definitely recommend this RV to anyone who is looking!

I want to write this review as objective as I can, but I will tell you up front that our experience was a bad one due to some issues that we feel the owner knew about and didn’t pass along.The purpose of our trip was to travel from Seattle to visit family in Utah for the holidays. We planned to stay both at RV spots and “dry” spots without hookups. We decided to pick this particular RV because it was newer and we didn’t want to deal with any maintenance issues. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a multitude of issues, the most impactful of which was having to go without water for the majority of our trip.The first thing I checked was the gages. There was not a lot of propane, but the owner told me the gages were not reliable, and that the outside propane tank showed ¾ full. The RV seemed to be clean on the surface, but upon closer inspection, there were several areas that were filthy. The most egregiously filthy area was the dash of the driver’s area. This was an area that I would become intimately familiar with as I drove long distances. Also filthy was the bed that pulls down about the driver’s seat. I can see how this area could be overlooked when cleaning, but I am glad I checked before I placed my 8-year-old son up there to sleep. Besides being disgustingly dirty in certain areas, the RV seemed to have a lot of clutter, especially in the cupboards. There was a lot of random and unnecessary items such as a horse lead rope, a dog bowl, etcetera, that probably could have been removed by the owner to allow for the renter to maximize storage and reduce clutter. The RV storage area was also chock full of random summer camping gear. This I asked to be removed, and the owner complied. I also asked the owner if he had chains, as I was planning to drive over Steven’s pass. He had some chains that did not fit this particular RV, but I took them anyway.We discovered the water issue the first night. We hooked up to city water at the RV park where we were camping for the night. There seemed to be quite a bit of air in the lines, and the water just sputtered for quite a while, never giving enough to take a shower. I decided to fill up the fresh water tank (the owner had turned over the RV with the fresh water tank virtually empty). Once the tank was full, we attempted to take a shower. No water came out of the tap. This was strange, since I didn’t even hear the pump working. I checked the power circuit, checked the water tank gauge, checked to see if the water pump was turned on. It should have worked, but didn’t. At first, I thought something may have been frozen, but I re-attempted the next day when the sun came up and the temperature raised to about 40 degrees. The pump did not work. We had no way to take a shower. We didn’t have too much time to troubleshoot, we had to be on our way. The strange thing is the pump did end up working, but intermittently and sporadically. One moment it would work, and we could clearly hear it working, the next minute, nothing. I would rather that it did not work at all, because, at three inopportune times, the toilet decided to start overflowing, once while we were driving and not even using it! We took plenty of video evidence of the water not working, but this was not the only system that was unreliable. One other system of note was the slide. Sometimes the slide did not retract, which required me to go outside and give it a push. I was able to help push it back, but I could imagine how this could cause somebody else to become stranded.The morning that I returned the RV, the water was once again not working. The owner’s wife was able to witness this. When the owner came home, the water was still not working, except for a slight trickle. He stated that he could hear the pump working, which I think was completely disingenuous since my ears work remarkably well, and I could clearly hear that no pump was working. He later claimed that the fresh water tank was empty, which may have been, but I don’t know how it would be empty since the only water we were able to use was the water from the toilet that came overflowing onto the ground.The worse part was that the owner did not care that we had gone several days without water or had to cut our vacation short, and attempted to charge us full price for the days we used. We turned it back to him as soon as logistically possible and offered to leave it in Salt Lake and rent a car to get home to Seattle. I would hate to think that this owner knew about the water issues, but chose to pass those problems on to us. The fact that he did not repair his known toilet issue before letting us take the RV would lend credence to that theory. We have sent our video evidence to Outdoorsy, and we are hoping that they can help adjudicate to a satisfactory resolution.

We were taking an RV trip for the first time and we couldnt have asked for a better person to rent it from than Eric. He was really helpful, accomodating and encouraging. He was very knowledgeable and helped us know our way around the RV. More than anything he was always available for help and very pleasant to communicate. We loved our experience with him and look forward to renting again from him in the future. Thank you very much Eric. You were awesome!
