Ed is an active communicator and a friendly, reasonable host. The van was a bit bigger than I expected, but I quickly got comfortable driving it. Interior is spacious and well-maintained.

Ed was very nice and helpful with the setup and walk through. The van ran well but we had an issue with the indicator lights. Ed was helpful in getting that resolved. The only issue that we had was when one of the cabinets came down while we were driving. It looks like an easy fix and fortunately it happened while we were driving. The bed is amazing and easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids.

Great Van Adventure! We took this van to the San Juan mountains for a weekend in October. It had all the basics we needed for the kitchen. We slept 3 on the bed with sleeping bags. This listing says it sleeps 5, but I would not recommend more than 3 for the space. Also, this listing says there is a heater, but the only heater is standard car vents while driving. This was not ideal for our cold mountain weekend. Ed mentioned he might add a heater option for the colder months when I returned the van. I would highly recommend a heater for sleeping in cold weather temps. We also had delays returning the van from a sudden road closure that was the result of a very bad traffic accident along our route. Ed was very understanding about our delay and was flexible with the timing of the van return. Looking forward to our next van adventure!

As a novice Sprinter van user, Ed could not have made things easier. He has thought of everything To include in this superbly stocked vehicle. He is also incredible responsive. It was a great experience and would rent this van again for sure. Thanks again for going above and beyond Ed!

Ed was really friendly and had great communication with me prior and on the way back. We were a little late because of weather and he was totally chill about it. The van was great. Really clean, did a great walk through, and it was just as the pictures showed. The bed was really comfortable and it drives great.

This van was the perfect fit for our small family of three. So many little touches that made our trip convenient and fun. The van was fantastic and was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable trip and stay. I would highly suggest this van and would definitely book again.”

Ed offered me his van and as soon as I accepted and authorized the deposit to be charged he cancelled. Now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. I wouldn't recommend working with him.

Hi Jim, sorry you were dissatisfied with the booking process. As I mentioned, I immediately canceled the booking as soon as it occured because I realized the Outdoorsy platform had made a mistake and failed to apply the Labory Day weekend pricing we had set in the calendar. I appologize for the inconvenience and would still love for you to book that weekend at the correct rate or book any other time at the standard rate. Ourdoorsy realized their error and provided you with a cancelation bonus. I hope we have made this right and good luck with finding an RV. Thanks!
