We've been tent camping and traveling for years--cross country, Colorado, Oregon, and Texas. We wanted to keep our footprint small so decided on the Meerkat. It's easy to pull and park, and fun to use.

Very easy to tow and was cozy with the heater despite the cold and rain. Was a great extra bedroom while visiting family in the Hill country.

Jane was incredibly helpful to us as first-time towers and eased any fears we had. She helped us hook up to our CR-V and gave us an easy to follow checklist. Everything inside was helpfully labeled. We had a blast taking Matilda out to Sherwood Forest Faire for the weekend, and we got so many compliments on the camper!

We rented this for a couple of reasons, one being to find out how it would be to tow a small trailer behind our CRV, and two, what the setup involves.

We loved taking this camper on a Thanksgiving weekend trip with nieces and nephew. The weather was cold and rainy, but the camper kept the kids warm, dry, and happy. The Meerkat is designed really well inside and out. Pickup and driving were super easy with a Subaru Crosstrek. Jane and DJ have provided all the essentials needed, and also have nice little instructions inside for all the accessories. Would love to rent again sometime.

Great experience - everything was clean, well maintained and carefully thought out. We had a hiccup on our end, but the hosts were super helpful - thinking up an 'out of the box' solution to our problem. Jane was determined that we should have a great time.

We had a wonderful time camping with Matilda in the Davis Mountains of West Texas. Very easy to tow from Austin with our Rav4 and park. Super comfortable, with thoughtful amenities, and easy to set everything up with the detailed instructions provided. This was our first time using a trailer camper and I never want to sleep in a tent again! Communication with Jane was super responsive, so helpful, and pickup and return was a breeze.

Great little trailer and very easy to tow. The bed was very comfortable and the owner is very communicative and thoughtful in making your trip great.

I had a wonderful time with Matilda! She was easy to tow with my Subaru Crosstrek, and her small size made it easy to find parking while she was hitched to my car. Jane was great to work with and provided lots of thoughtful touches and advice. It was a great experience.

We rented this charming trailer for a spring break camping trip with the kids @ Lockhart State Park and had a blast. So many folks stopped by and inquired about the camper. Jane was super proactive with all communication and pick and drop was a breeze. Highly recommended for a couple or small family.
