Thanks for reading my profile. We are new to the Camping Scene so we haven’t taken many destinations... I can tell you I bought this travel trailer to show not all family fun is in a Hilton. I enjoy driving the country when I get the chance! Florida is my favorite destination but Wisconsin and Michigan are my favorite in the fall. I love talking with people, feel free to ask me anything!

1. The rear slide (bump-out) did not function. I messaged you through the Outdoorsy app on the day we arrived after discovering the issue, but I did not receive a response or a call. As a result, we had a significantly more cramped living and sleeping arrangement for the duration of the trip. When we returned the RV, you acknowledged the issue and sent me the following message: “Rear slide. Blown 30 Amp fuse. Very sorry. AL.”2. The vent above the bed would not close. We could see that someone had previously tried to tape it shut, but the tape was not holding. Because of this, we had to climb onto the roof and place a tarp over the vent to prevent water from entering the RV. The ladder did not feel secure enough to safely support an adult, so my 12-year-old daughter had to climb up and arrange the tarp. This was an issue we should not have had to deal with during our rental.

Loved my rental experience, Joe's team was friendly, accommodating, and professional. They made sure to give me a run down on operations before we took off which made us a lot more comfortable once we his the road. We rented the rv for 4 days and it ran great.

While the booking process was smooth and the host was communicative, the RV itself had several significant issues that impacted our trip . Several rear lights were non-functional and the tank fell off in the middle of the desert due to rusted bolts, leaving us stranded with a small child. The bathroom, shower curtain, and refrigerator all had visible mold and a horrific odor. As first-time renters, we were given a rushed 5-minute explanation and told to watch YouTube. Drawers constantly swung open while driving, and the host was absent for the return, completely ignoring all our messages to resolve these issues privately before contacting customer service. Do not recommend this vehicle as it is not well-serviced and the host's communication is non-existent. P.S The listing photos are misleading. In reality, the interior is quite dated, and the furniture is noticeably scuffed and weathered, unlike the 'perfect' look shown online

This was my second time renting from Joe, and once again everything was great. Check-in was quick and easy, the bedding came fresh out of the cleaner’s bag, and he even had the black and grey tanks open to show they were fully emptied. The RV itself was very comfortable to drive, and the whole process was hassle-free. I feel very confident renting from Joe and would recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately, this RV was not what we expected and was far from family-friendly. When we picked it up, it was in very poor condition — the floor was filthy, the countertops were sticky, and it took multiple deep cleans just to make it feel usable. The bedroom had duct tape holding parts together, and sections of the ceiling were falling down. During our drive, the refrigerator came loose and partially fell out, which was both alarming and dangerous.
