5À propos de Kevin locations de camping-car
Hey everyone! I've become a "Full-Timer" about 3 years ago and it's a super cool lifestyle. For those that aren't constantly in an RV/Trailer, camping occasionally is always fun. You can take a road trip, visit campgrounds, beaches, mountains or any event that you might have in mind. I'm convincing all my friends and family to at least try a weekend trip to get away from it all and relax.

1. Late delivery - 2-3 hours late. We arranged for Kevin to deliver the camper to our location - we were scheduled to meet at 2 PM. It turns out Kevin was out of town and arranged for a family member to deliver the camper for him. They were 2 hours late and not well experienced with the camper. They were not finished setting up until around 5 PM. So most of our afternoon was lost due to waiting around the campsite for them to arrive.
2. Toilet/Sewer issues. When we did the initial walk through and orientation, there was a strong sewer odor within the camper. When I brought it to her attention, she agreed it smelled bad, but hoped it would go away over time. As soon as they left, we discovered the toilet would not flush.
On further inspection, I discovered that she did not open the sewer lines; which led to two further discoveries.
a. The exterior sewer line had a severe leak. When I opened the tank, raw sewage poured out onto our camp site. After talking to Kevin, I was able to install a backup sewer line. Bear in mind, I had to remove the leaky sewer line which had raw sewage all over it and hose down the campsite from all the sewage. This was not a small leak.
b. After installing the backup line and opened the tanks it was obvious that the tanks were full. Both the black and gray water tanks needed to be emptied. I believe the strong sewer smell from the beginning was due to the tanks being full. Thankfully this remedied the odor.
3. Broken/Worn Parts.
a. Continual toilet issues - the toilet continued to give us problems. Sometimes it would flush, sometimes not.
b. Kitchen faucet broken. The handle was broken which made turning the sink on and off difficult.
c. Broken latch on the screen door. The screen door could not be latched shut.
d. Hot water issues. We ended up only using the shower only one time because the hot water ran out mid shower. Therefore we showered in the facilities that the campsite provided.
4. Cluttered - there were a number of items in the pantry that were made available for our use which is great. However, it was so disorganized and cluttered that there was little space for us to put our own items.
