RV was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed for an enjoyable adventure.
Dan & Valerie had everything ready at our scheduled pickup time. They were very thorough with their explanation of the systems and features or the RV. Several instructional videos were provided a couple days prior to our pickup which made things easy.
During our trip a couple minor issues or questions came up. Dan was always immediately available to answer questions and seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction. Both Dan and Valerie are super nice people. Their attention to detail, instructions, prep/condition of the RV and pickup/return process made the rental comfortable and inviting.

Dan had great videos to walk you through the operation of the unit. It was very clean and he spent a great deal of time making sure you were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Thank you Dan and Valerie.

We had an amazing experience with this rental and the host. The RV is top notch! It is very well equipped and we loved the outdoor tv and kitchen. It is very spacious and the beds have a good size, especially the bedroom bed, and they are all very comfortable. The host is also great, he answers very quickly and he was always caring. We loved our trip and we would rent this RV again!

Perfect RV for an amazing trip to Yellowstone! As first time RVers, we really appreciated the great communication, how-to videos, and supplies provided. Dan was responsive to all our questions and even helped us come up with ideas for a Plan B trip when Yellowstone was forced to close its gates. Hope to rent again for another adventure!

They are wonderful to work with and readily available if you need them. The RV was spacious and clean. They also supply you with everything you need and more. We enjoyed our experience working with Dan and Valerie very much!

Awesome family RV trip to South Dakota. RV was spacious, cozy and easy to use. Dan and Valerie are great owners to rent from and supplied us with everything we needed to having a relaxing time. Would definitely rent from them again!

Valerie & Dan were great to work with. Youtube videos were helpful and the walk-thru before our trip was very thorough. Bathroom was a bit tight, but overall the RV was very comfortable. We will be contacting Valerie & Dan for our next trip.

There were so many things that made this experience great, starting with the very first communication with the owner. The hosts were great excellent, friendly, thorough communicators from booking, through the return. The u it was exactly as described, and had every amenity on board that we needed. Spacious, the operations easy to navigate due to the orientation videos, and actual handoff. We had an incredible time in the Smokies and felt totally supported and encouraged by the amazing owners. The mileage allowance was fair and generous and the Admiral met all of our needs as a family of 4 for a cozy, memorable road trip. Comfy beds, roomy seating, outdoor tv and bar were highlights!

I can't say enough good things about the experience of renting from Valerie and Dan. The RV is spacious and in fantastic condition, and they do a great job with instructional videos and check lists. There is a lot to remember (especially for rookies) when it comes to the various systems, so being able to easily reach the owners is key. Even though I made some boneheaded mistakes, Dan was always a text message or phone call away to patiently troubleshoot and walk me through the solutions.

Dan and Valerie were great! As 1st time RV'ers we had a bunch of questions and the prep videos and checklists provided before the trip made everything a lot smoother. After the test drive I was feeling a lot better. Everything went really smooth whole 12 day trip out West. had one issue of a windshield wiper fuse blow but Dan walked me through how to change quickly and it was fixed! would recommend to any renters , thanks Dan and Val

The best. Dan and Valerie are the best. This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and an RV. Dan and Valerie are very thorough, detailed, understanding and honest. We cannot recommend them or their RV more. We had an awesome experience with the RV, but an even better experience with Dan and Valerie.
