I had a great time with my kids. The camper had everything we needed. It was fresh and clean and everything worked properly. We’ll do it again next year.

Excellent experience overall. LJ and Ed were so great to deal with! So accommodating and responsive. Very clean RV with everything you would need. A great RV, with great owners. We will absolutely rent from them again!

Wonderful rental experience! Communication was great and they delivered and set everything up for us. Camper had lots of supplies for cooking and was very comfortable.

Our first time, and wow, what a perfect experience! We took this trailer on a long cross country trip. As first-timers, there was plenty of anxiety, but LJ patiently took the time to explain everything, and was at our disposal for all of our questions. The day finally came to depart, and the trailer pulled nicely and worked perfectly. It's well equipped with everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to do it again!

We were thinking about buying an RV's and thought we would rent one to experience it. When going over the RV at the point of pick up it was pointed out the the front/right brace was folder over from a prior rental. I didn't realize how hard it was to get this badly damaged brace down which was required for leveling the unit, but also attaching/detaching the front pad to the battery operated pole to remove from the tailer hitch. The owners should have been more upfront about this when renting the unit. I ended up hurting my back trying to maneuver this (no fun especially on vacation). Instead of taking this unit in for repair, they chose to rent it anyway. The unit was also missing all cables (outside and inside) for operation of installed TV. I ended up having to diagnose and shop for items while on vacation (2 trips-one for outside cable, only to discover they didn't even bother to attach internal cable-back to the store). I ultimately discovered the Television was defective after wasting hours shopping and confirming signal with the office. We didn't really spend a lot of time inside, but for the money they charge the unit should be SAFE and have the TV working.

LJ and Ed’s hospitality was beyond what I had expected from this type of service! Pick up and drop off was seamless and they were very helpful as this was our first time camping w/ a travel trailer! Their trailer was perfect for what we needed! If I don’t end up buying a trailer myself, LJ’s and Ed’s will certainly be the trailer we use! Thank you for bringing us into your “hang-out” at the drop off!!! We enjoyed the company!

We had a wonderful family vacation with Lj and Ed’s Jayco RV trailer. It was our first RV experience as a family of five and we enjoyed the Shenandoah. From booking, to pickup/orientation, to drop-off, every step was smooth and Lj’s communication with us was exceptional. Their RV will be a big part of our future family camping/vacation plans. Thank you so much for everything, Lj and Ed!

My experience with Lj was very professional and thorough. After she and Ed delivered the RV to our campsite, she showed me how to work and monitor every function in the RV. I was then confident we could make it through the week-end with out a concern!

I have my own camper but one of the pipes broke two days before the trip. Lj and Ed were very quick to respond to me and help me through my first time renting a camper. They helped me even through the night when I was having trouble with the website. Very polite and so kind. They had a very nice camper that was spotless when picked it up. I could not have asked for better people to work with. I will 100% vouch and recommend renting from them
