We had a great trip in Janae’s RV as we traveled to Zion, Grand Canyon, Phoenix & the Hoover Dam. Very responsive communication & quality RV with all that was promised.

My rv had 2 check engine lights on from the previous renter. We had to get it fixed, for safety reasons.

Rented the rv from Jane and her partner immediately getting on the freeway the weather strip started to flap around I stoped to fix it continued on and the rv was shaky and unstable felt like it was wanting to tip over every time the wind blew if u want to go under the speed limit and have every rv truck and car on the road pass you up this one is for you ! The ac does blow cold but the filters need to be changed ! Cruise control doesn’t work ! Then on the way to return it the second weather strip came loose on a one lane road with traffic and no emergency lane to stop safely wow ! Don’t waste your time with Janae frehners rv ! And best part is I empty the black and grey tanks and then they charge me extra because the black tank is 1/3 full lol ! And guess what they said the weather strip is not my fault but the charge me for it sneaky they seem like nice people till you leave then wait for the charges good luck 👍!! 🍀

We rented our RV to this gentleman, later to find out he took it to a rave in the middle of the desert. When it was returned, it smelled like marijuana, all of the exterior compartments were full of silt, the gray tank was empty, the black tank was not. The inside has stains on the counter and floor that we have been unable to remove. The weather stripping coming off was not the renters fault, but failing to stop and remove it, caused permanent scratches all down the sides of the RV. He simply drove on and allowed it to damage the Motorhome. In short, they partied and treated my $70k Motorhome like a cheap motel. I’ve been renting out motor homes for 2.5 years and have never seen one returned in such damage, disarray, and disrespect.

The RV was well maintained and very comfortable for our family of 6. Janae was so accommodating and helpful in the process. We would gladly rent from Janae again.

Owner messaged 2 days prior to my trip..said the slides weren't working so now I won't have my money back for 3-5 days kinda ruined my trip

RV was exactly as described! Super easy to work with and very responsive to questions even when on the road. They set reasonable expectations and it was a great experience. Would definitely rent from them again!
