Renting our Cricket trailer to Jen and her family was great and we would do it again anytime!
Prior to the rental, communication was open, very easy and replies came back fast.
The pick-up was on-time and we were able to go over some details, just like I had asked to for. We have received out camper back very clean and on time, too!
Thanks to Jen's detailed feedback we will be able to improve expectations and conditions even more for future bookings with her, or other families.
