I have several negative comments and learned a lot during this rental for future rentals. Before listing those issues, I want to say that Bridgette was quick to respond and stated that I could contact her anytime during the rental, but that wasn't an option since I didn't have cell service at the campground. The camper was nice, had nice dishes, cleaning supplies and a variety of DVDs. The issues I had:
1) They set the camper with the door facing the road instead of the campsite because they did not have long enough hoses for the hook-up and the stairs were in the only mudhole on the entire campsite.
2) The tanks were not cleaned before delivering it to me and my campsite did not have sewer hookup, so she had to 'dry clean' them, which meant the trailer stunk all week.
3) The frig was not turned on prior to my delivery, so it took 19 hours for it to get cold once I turned it on, so I had to throw away milk, eggs, etc.
4) None of the switches were labeled, which would really help a renter, so we're not blindly turning switches on and off to see what that goes to.
5) The camper description said the awning could not be used without owner approval. I asked and was told, "no, we don't let renters use it because they might not close it if a storm is rolling in". The description should say "No Awning Use" if the answer is always No.
6) The description stated TV/DVDs available, but the AVI cables needed to watch DVDs wasn't long enough to reach the TV. I had to stack boxes in front of the entertainment center for the TV to sit on, for us to be able to watch a DVD when we were trying to escape from the Texas afternoon heat.

Our family loved the camper!! The owners made the whole process easy.

This was perfect for us. We went to a weekend barrel racing clinic and it was a rainy muddy mess. Our neighbors at the ranch told us the guy setting up the trailer worked super hard to get it just right. The bathroom was a little stinky but other than that it was amazing.

We had a great stay in the RV. Bridgette was easy to work with and very accommodating. The RV was clean and stacked with snacks that the kids really enjoyed. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience using Outdoorsy.
