We had a wonderful experience with Dan and his Chateau. We and our friends are RV newbies. Dan and his wife took a great deal of their time prepping the RV for our use and explaining all the features, ins and outs, dos and don'ts, etc. This Chateau was a perfect size for us - two couples and a kid. Plenty of room. Lots of storage. Huge fridge! The RV is "high end" with lots of other nice features, too. The two drivers had no problem driving the RV and they were able to maneuver and back it up like pros (well almost). We had a very nice weekend at a local state park with electric hook-up only. The water and waste tanks lasted us a two night's stay with us using the bathhouse for showers. Dan was a great help not only before and after the rental, but he fielded a quick call from us during our first night as well. A big thank you! We would definitely rent this RV again.

Dan and Pam made our first RV experience a breeze! We were a bit nervous about operating everything, but their tutorial covered exactly what we needed to know. They were patient with our questions and excellent at communicating information before/during/after our trip.

Fantastic trip! This R/V drives like a van. Plenty of room when the extension is out. Dan and Pam were great to work with and answered all of our questions leading up to our trip. The R/V is well equipped and in perfect condition. A+

The owner is very helpful and accommodating. If I had any questions during the trip (and I had several) he was very quick to respond. The RV was exactly as stated and everything was clean and in great working condition.
