Disappointing that, even though he said he had owned an RV before, this was my first renter who lost several small items from our trailer. For instance, even though I pointed it out specifically during our walkthrough, he lost the rubber cap on our hitch lock. Additionally, he only informed me of issues they had had with the breaker tripping on the main power source after the rental. Diagnosing it after, I discovered they had turned on a space heater on high, which obviously drew too much current. It was clear they did not read the operating manual I shared with them electronically before the rental, because it included instructions on operating all of the electrical systems including the space heater and fan. Disappointing, and I would prefer not to rent to them again in the future.

Justine was great and retured the trailer in great shape. Just had to perform the normal cleaning. His communication was great from start to finish. Would definitely rent to Justin again.

Ashley and Jordan were fantastic renters! They, along with their dog, took the van on a quick weekend getaway and were a pleasure to host. Communication was easy throughout the trip, they were courteous and respectful, and they returned the van clean and well cared for. They were very low maintenance, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d be happy to host them again anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
