The RV and the trip was great, but unfortunately I am currently involved in a dispute with the owner. One of the tie downs in the garage broke free from the floor causing the RZR to shift and rub the wall. It took some time for the owner to make several small repairs to the RV before I could actually hook-up, which wasn't a big deal, but as we were standing there he reattached a door stop to the RV door, and then accidentally closed the door with the stop attached ripping the plate from the door. He asked me to reattach it later because he didn't have screws that were of sufficient size to reattach it. This makes me skeptical of the RV itself because I don't know what else has been rigged to appear to be functioning, perhaps the tie-down had been repaired with a bolt that wasn't of sufficient size. I am not certain, and I assume the best in people, but I'm uneasy about the fact that I was charged $150.00 for cleaning when we cleaned the RV (vacuumed and everything) and it wasn't particularly clean or dirty when it was picked up. I was told by the owner that he charges $150.00 fee to clean regardless, and he also charged me $150.00 to repair the wall where the RZR rubbed it. All-in-all, 3 stars I think is representative of the experience, everything other than the two items above worked on the RV (although we didn't use the A/C), the fridge is ice cold, and the sound system was decent.

Lynn was really awesome to rent from. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend. He went out of his way to help us out before we left on our trip Wich was more then we could ask for.

Lynn was very helpful and accommodating. The trailer was as represented, our family had no issues while boondocking for six nights in the Mojave.

We did not have a good experiance at the end. The owner charged for an extra night we did not reserved or stayed. He also charged for cleaning fees we did not include in our reservation. RV was cleaned when we retuned it.

My husband and I were planning a trip to Glamis with our daughter and I contacted Lynn about a month in advance to ask about an early pickup and late drop off. He was so incredibly helpful, and got back to me in a timely manner, so I booked right away with him and I’m so glad I did. He kept in contact with me as the trip came near and delivered the toy hauler right to our door. Him and his son showed me a very detailed run down on everything and then told me some things to expect in glamis, since I had never been. While on the trip there were a few hiccups here and there, but Lynn was always available when I needed to reach him. I would definitely recommend renting from Lynn and his son. We had a wonderful time thanks to them!
