Great trailer, family friendly, & can be pulled with most newer 1/2 ton trucks. Just under 35 feet, very roomy, with slide out for the living space.
Private room with queen bed, two side closets and storage under bed.Kitchen has island sink, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Overhead vent.
Couch folds out to bed. Kitchen table/banquette seats 4 and folds into bed.
Storage underneath banquet.
TV with storage to the right and above.
Two bunks in the back, they are larger bunks that comfortably sleep two smaller people like teens and children. They angle out so they have more room than normal bunks. Storage and plugs near bunks.Bathroom has toilet and shower with bathtub, as well as a separate door to the outside.Fridge and barbecue setup outside.
Several carriages for storage around outer area of trailer (underside).
We provide all the hoses, electrical cords, leveling equipment, adapters, water filter, separate hose for drinking, grey water, and black, and hitch necessities.
We provide a full detailed guide to setting up the trailer and unhooking, setting up your trailer at your site.

The bunk has a curtain that will cover both bunk beds for privacy.Bathroom has an interior and exterior door. It has a small tub, plenty of room for a tall person to shower. Ceiling fan and water saver button on the showerhead.The awning extends out eight feet and has LED lighting for the evening hours. There is a small outdoor fridge, stove station, and a shower with hot and cold water.

In order to be able to rent the trailer without campsite water and sewer hookups, there must be dumping station nearby. *CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING/REFUNDS
*If we agree to reschedule your reservation for any reason (if you needed to cancel prior reservation and you were outside of the refund window) it is no longer a new reservation and partial or full refunds will not be granted if canceled.*We will not grant cancellations outside of the refund window for new reservations for any reason, including a covid, medical. Please purchase trip insurance if you feel you may need to cancel.***FESTIVALS NOT ALLOWED:
Burning Man and other festivals are not allowed. If renter breeches contract and goes to Burning Man, there is an $850/per night rate for that event. The security deposit for damages, replacing items, servicing trailer and appliances, our time, other costs that may be incurred from playa dust, etc is $10,000.
The cleaning fee/removal of playa dust fee is $4,000. Should the renter not disclose they are taking the trailer to this event, we will be forced to request these charges. If renter discloses that they are going to the event, it is subject to our approval whether or not we want to send the trailer there, this must be in writing and agreed upon in advance. In addition if it is agreed that we will allow the trailer to go to this event, we have preparations that are required to keep the trailer safer from the playa dust, and to keep some of the equipment safe. Please be respectful.

Our first time on an RV! It was an amazing time. Jess was super responsive and helpful in answering our questions. RV is brand new and in amazing condition. Looking forward to doing it again.

Great family trailer and a terrific experience with the owners, who are communicative and attentive. The trailer is new and in great shape, with little wear-and-tear. It came with all the leveling and stabilizing gear (for which step-by-step instructions are provided). Everything was extremely clean. Minor complaints: (1) the outdoor kitchen looks like it's never been hooked up and was not operational; (2) the kitchen is stocked with kind of a hodgepodge of cookware, cups, and plates; (3) the fridge hadn't been run and was not on at pickup, meaning we could not use it the first day; (4) this one is hardly unique to this trailer: the bed is rock-hard because of the skinny RV mattress. Overall, we would be happy to rent this trailer again.
