***Unfortunately for those who would like to rent our van to do long distance trips, we are not allowing the van to be taken out of California, Nevada, or Oregon. Issues, mechanical and others, arise and can be problematic for repairs.***
We are flexible on pick up and return times. If you want to get an early start but don't want to rush back, I offer pick up as early as 10am and returns up until 5pm on the same day.This RV allows you the amenities of a larger RV but the benefits of a passenger vehicle. Why camp if you stay indoors all day?Meet "Argo" our beautiful new Hymer Aktiv Loft Edition! 20ft ProMaster Van, easy to drive, park and can go anywhere with your family. We include most everything for you to just get in and go!
Garage in back that turns into a queen bed, so you can bring more stuff with you. Go boon-docking without worry, since this van has 300amp hour lithium batteries and Voltstart, which automatically starts the engine to recharge your power! No need for a noisy and stinky generator that come with additional charges like other RV’s for rent! .NO Black Tank TO Empty!!!! This has a cassette toilet so you can remove and dump in any toilet, camping bathrooms where you are staying! Most vans have about 15 gallons of water storage, but due to the lack of a black-tank, the water capacity doubles to 30 gallons!The queen is closer to a king size at 75" by 73". Sleeps 4 with the loft and there are 4 three point seat belts. Another great Outdoorsy rental! We enjoyed camping at Lake Tahoe for two nights and the van was comfortable and convenient. Tom was very responsive and provided a detailed overview at pick-up. We appreciated his flexibility with pick-up and return times. Great experience overall.

Thomas is a fantastic host!! The van was very clean, well stocked and well taken care of. We had a great trip and will rent from Thomas again!

We were first time Class B users and it was a great experience. Tom explained the operation of the van very well. The van handled well on the road. Just like a passenger van. I think this van was a good introduction for us. We did not use the 2 bunks on the top.

We rented the van for 5 days to take a camping trip to Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. It was our first time using a camper van, and Thomas was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the features of the van. He was also available to address concerns as they arose on the trip. Luckily we didn’t have many! We had a fantastic time and highly recommend renting from Thomas.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

I include a 30amp cord to hook-up at a campsite if there is electricity provided

We limit the weight to 70lbs or less. There won't be room for any dog that is bigger, and we don't allow the dog to be on the furniture or in the loft area and rear bed.
