This was our first time camping in an RV. There were 4 adults and there was sufficient room for us all to travel comfortably. It made life easier packing and unpacking. There was plenty of storage space as well.
The bed in the RV was quite comfortable. My son and his partner found it more comfortable to sleep on their air mattress in the family tent provided rather than up top. Most of the cooking utensils and equipment we needed were provided. It was great to have the solar panels and the 12V esky fridge and also a propane camp stove. The majority of the campgrounds we stayed at had no power.
Aim's communication was prompt, especially when we had a couple of unforeseen issues (nothing mechanical). These were sorted out as best as they could be at the time. I know they will definitely be fixed before the next booking. Aim is committed to providing a safe and fully functioning vehicle.
Thank you to Aim and Maria for the experience. It has convinced us to do this style of camping again. We wish them well.

Perfect for 2! We road tripped around Vancouver Island for 9 nights and it was a great fit for what we needed.

It was our first trip in van and we loved it!
The van is very well equipped, with everything you need for your trip in it, (including a stereo sound system!) the solar panel is also very practical. The bed is comfy, even for tall persons, we slept really well in it. Aiman was very kind and available during our whole trip. We recommend the van!

Major damage from the previous renter, The vehicle was out of service.
We contacted Outdoorsy support team to find Francesca a replacement. We also had a lesser equipped van for Francesca in case she can't find anything.

We spent ten days on a road trip and had a wonderful time. The vehicle may need some minor improvements (what doesn't?) but I know for good Aiman is already working in them. Overall the van performed perfectly and overcame our expectations. Aiman is super supportive and always available when we had any question

Aiman was very responsive. Always answered quickly to every questions before and during our trip. The pick up was a little delayed ( at our arrival, it was still in the process of cleaning). Probably because of that delay, we rushed through the check up lists and skipped some points that became essentials during our trip. The Sprinter is still a work in progress and the team needs ajustments and upgrade in the equipment and improvements in the procedure. We had a couple of problems and issues which Aiman never denied and had graciously acknowledged and welcomed the feedbacks. I believe that Aiman and his team will make all the corrections needed. We had appreciated his sense of imputablity and his sense of responsability. This ( young) team has a lot of excellent ideas, the experience will come with time and with « essais et erreurs ». I wish them best of luck. For us, first experience in something bigger than a westfalia. It has its pros and cons and it was nice to live for a week in family vibe. We will definitely try other vanlife, with a little more experiences ourselves for what to ask, what to check before hitting the road.

Had a great experience exploring Vancouver Island with the Sprinter Van. This was our first experience RV camping, and we would definitely do it again.

The van was quite easy to drive I found. (My daily driver is a mid-size SUV). The inside of the van is fairly basic, but the price is right. We were at a no-electricity site..... the solar panel was able to give us some light and "ice-box" functionality. Aimen gave us prompt and attentive service.

It was our first time taking the family out for a camping trip August 2021. With two young children 5 and 2 at the time, we wanted to make it as simple as we could for ourselves and for them. We thought that a camper van would be a very good middle ground for us newbies. We were looking for something that was family friendly and that could fit our large car seats. We came across this posting and thought that it would fit our requirements.

Aiman was absolutely amazing to rent from and the crosstrack sprinter exceeded all expectations! My girlfriend and I flew into Victoria on a last minute trip looking to experience the beauty of the island and this gave us the most amazing way to do so. Everything worked amazing, it was comfy, drove fantastic and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be comming back to this one again!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing two days in tofino in the crosstreck on it’s first ever outdoorsy voyage! This sprinter xl is so awesome even in its unfinished state. It drives beautifully no problems at all, it is very good on diesel for its size, it has so much space and huge potential to be an unbelievable camper van when it is all done up. There are a number of small imperfections like funny switches that need pushing and clasps that need finessing which add lots of character. The double doors make it feel more like a bus than a van. This thing needs a manual of its own! Aiman is super nice and helped us out all trip via message when we had questions. You are definitely lucky to book this van. We named it Barry ; )
