We have made camping a true luxury with our legacy edition travel trailer.Brand new 2021 Coachmen Catalina legacy edition 38' RV Trailer. Sleeps 8 with smaller children, with private queen size master bedroom.Keep the traffic inside easier with our outside kitchen with grill, refrigerator and sink. Inside and outside shower is such a convenience.Outside supplies include grill tools, cutlery, 4 chairs, utility table, outdoor rug, awning.Pets are part of the family. Please advise us as to the size, breed and age of your pet. NO felines or rodents.Large Pet Fee: 21-80lbs $175.00
Small Pet Fee: Up to 20lbs $75.00
Pet cleaning penalty: If there is urine or feces smell, this will be assessed out of your security Deposit.Electric and propane heat. Electric fireplace.Full kitchen equipped with cleaning supplies, toaster, coffee maker, coffee cups, cutlery, knife set, all kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, drinkware, strainer, 12 quart pot, dishrack, pot holders, oven mitts, saran wrap, tin foil, paper towels, and garbage bags. All you need to do is bring the food!Bathroom includes toilet scrub brush, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and towels.Sheets are available. Such an enjoyable trip, camper was very clean, stocked with everything you need plus many extras, and perfectly set up upon arrival. The owners are very accommodating and go beyond expectations. Had a wonderful weekend and will definitely book again.

This was a perfect rental experience. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure the RV was in excellent working condition, and even included many extra special touches! The RV was spotless and so functional. It was SO nice to have 2 AC units that kept the RV at 68 degrees even during a massive heatwave! Highly recommend this rental. Thanks again Ashley!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We will set up the electric, water and sewage. The camper requires a 30amp at the least. We prefer a 50amp, to have full access to the campers amenities.
