The van owner made it very easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle, gave me a thorough overview, and was available fast whenever I had a question. The van is well-equipped, clean, and drives great!

It was like Airbnb on wheels!! Gene is easy to deal with and great communication. The van was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. Great experience, we will rent again!

We had a blast cruising down the coast in Gene’s van! Gene was very responsive and available for all my questions. He was also flexible with pickup/drop off times. I’d definitely recommend renting from him again. The only thing I would recommend would be to dial in for your surfers ;) we spent most of our trip at the beach.

The camper van was amazing to take a quick weekend away, the rear slide out kitchen and refrigerator made it so easy to set up camp and have a good dinner. Was clean and had a great storage space under the bed for a bike.

This was our first foray into renting a sprinter van and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! The van had everything we needed and was the perfect way to experience the California coast. We loved the slide out camp stove, the built in sink, the lighting, and the ample storage. Great for both woods camping and stealth urban camping alike. We have had issues in the past with responsiveness from other Outdoorsy owners but Gene was great. He was super responsive and flexible. Don't hesitate to book Ramsey!

Gene was awesome to work with and Ramsey was amazing. We had a last minute cancellation on our first van and we booked with Gene two days before our week long trip. He worked with us to deliver the van and make sure our trip stayed on track. Ramsey had just been converted, but it had all of the things we needed to make the trip great.

As a host, Gene went above and beyond. He was very responsive and helpful. Since this was my first time using a camper van, he took his time to go over every detail and provided great recs on what check out. The camper van itself was in phenomenal condition; it had everything we needed (kitchenette, super comfy bed, grill, pots/pans, bug net, built in fan) and more. It had great miles per gallon and drove so smoothly. Overall I was extremely delighted with my experience and would 100% use this vehicle again for my next road trip.
