The trailer was nice and met our expectations. Michelle is a prompt communicator. We had a very difficult time working with Outdoorsey trying to get drivers verified in the system; I spent several hours on the website and on the phone, only to be told that if the system doesn't verify, then we would have to cancel without any refund. The verification went though eventually. When we picked up the trailer (on time), we didn't have a hitch tall enough. So we drove to the nearest trailer store, purchased an adapter ($75), and returned to pick it up. Michelle charged us $100 extra for picking the trailer up late despite the fact that we returned within the hour pickup window. The rates are high compared to other rentals. We opted to rent from her because we live a few miles away, and thought it would be easy and convenient. Michelle is helpful and responsive, and her trailers are in great shape. I wish she didn't choose to penalize us, as if we, for some reason, wanted to waste hers and our time. If you wish to rent from her, be sure to read every word and detail of the agreement. While Michelle put the effort in to help solve problems, she also became very testy and defensive, expressing that we should be more appreciative of her willingness to allow us to go get the adapter so we could pull the trailer. Overall, we would not rent from this location in the future nor would we recommend this to anyone. This place proved to be far too expensive and not worth the hassle (negativity) for what we received.

Wonderful experience with Michelle! So informative, helpful, great and timely communication. The trailer is so cute and perfect for us, we had many friends ask about it on our camping trip and the outdoor kitchen is perfect for meal prep and drinks!

What a great experience! For 5 1/2 weeks, from Oregon to Vermont, Margot was a safe, comfortable haven for us. High quality and sturdy, steady on the road and easy to tow behind our 4 cylinder Colorado pickup. Loved the convenience of the kitchen and the comfortable queen size bed. We were tenters before, so this was a dream! We would definitely do it again and there's likely another trip in our future. Thank you Michelle, for being such a great communicator and a wonderful, reliable person to work with!

Michelle is a fantastic host! We upgraded our trip with the cooking package, which came in very handy. Picking up the teardrop was a breeze, and Michelle was available to answer any questions we had during the trip. Dropping off just as easy.

The teardrop trailer (aka "Margot") was a delightful experience. Even though we only used it in the driveway to visit an elderly relative in Portland, it was well stocked with plates, glassware, etc. and items for cooking and cooling. It was very clean and well kept up. It made for a comfortable place to sleep and great hub to plug-in the computer and work remotely. We didn't even need the heater when it was in the low 30s overnight.

Michelle was great to work with and my overall experience was a lot of fun. I , would rate the whole process as excellent, the teardrop worked fine, easy to tow, clean, well equipped and flawless to use. Communication was very good and Michelle was helpful, responsive and fair. I would rent from her again for sure.

This was a great experience. Michelle was attentive and very helpful. The trailer is cute, clean and well maintained. I had no problems and it towed easily. I will definitely be back.

We LOVED our adventure renting "Margo" from beginning to end. We started with needing to reschedule due to fires and closed campgrounds, and Michelle was super responsive and helpful. Then the rain started on the west side so we wanted to add a day for the longer drive to Eastern Oregon. No problem. Can we add the lugable loo? Can we have a little later return time since we'd be driving back from further? How about solar panels? Michelle bent over backwards for us. Can my husband return the trailer and grill you for hours on everything you like/dislike about the trailer so we can purchase one for ourselves? OF COURSE! Michelle, you were awesome to rent from, I've been telling my friends about you, and we've made our deposit to buy an identical trailer :-D THANK YOU!

Michelle was great and answered all of our questions. The camper was in great shape, clean, and comfortable. Made for a seamless and enjoyable trip! Would highly recommend!

The RV was fantastic! Clean, the add-ons were super helpful for us as new RV users. Michelle was extremely accommodating, gave great and practical advice, helped us find a campsite during this very busy season, and was super patient when our electrical hook up did not work. She helped us find a place to get it fixed at 6:30 PM on a Friday night… None of us had had dinner but she was cheerful and courteous! Thanks Michelle!

Just a wonderful experience. Michelle was fantastic, the teardrop had everything we needed and more. Everything had its place and we loved every little detail of the trailer and the accessories. We would definitely recommend the cooking and solar package if you are camping without hookups or totally off the grid.

Michelle had great knowledge of the trailer and all of the safety requirements. She even graciously gave a few extra minutes to give pointers on backing up (which is not easy)! The kitchen was awesome and electrical outlets were placed in obvious places.

We had to change the dates last minute and I appreciated how flexible she was.
Teardrop was exactly like it was explained and we had a great time traveling with Margot, even in the winter time, it was cozy inside. Definitely would like to rent again in the summer too!
