32 feet, beautiful inside and out. Two pop outs to make more room for everyone. Sleeps 7 comfortably. New A/C unit/heater, stove, microwave, oven, USB ports, generator, hot water heater, coffee maker, blender, toaster, griddle, Free propane, fire extinguisher, pots, pans, plates, flatware, cups, wine glasses, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, lots of storage, television, local television antenna, electric awning with speakers, outdoor LED lighting and indoor floor night lights. CO2 detector, fire extinguisher, tow ready. We don't charge for all the extras like chairs, grill, etc. as other renters. We were going stir crazy during Covid, rented an RV from Outdoorsy and caught the bug! We did our research and found the model we wanted with an extremely comfortable ride and all the amenities of home. Now we want to share that with other people starving to get away. We have decked it out with all the comforts of home and want you to have wonderful memories created which will last a lifetime!

The earlier in the day the better (7:00 a.m. on) and as long as we don't have a rental for two days after your rental you can return it up to 5:00 p.m. after you have cleaned it.
