We had such a good time using this RV from Juan Carlos and this was our first time using an RV from tents. He explained everything we needed to know upon drop off. We were so confident about any issues that we were able to help others at our campsite with there issues. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely go with Juan for our next adventure!!

Great experience working with Juan and the Heritage Trailer. It was perfect for our family at Oceano Dunes and it met all our needs! Juan was extremely helpful as it was our first time RV camping at the dunes and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Wow! What a fun camping trip. It was mine and my wife’s first time at Pismo dunes and we had a blast. Juan Carlos went above and beyond while hosting us. He made our experience fun and easy. He even helped my cousin (who rented a trailer from someone else that wouldn’t bring it on the sand for him) bring his rented trailer on the sand and helped him set it up. I am definitely coming back to the dunes and definitely renting with Juan Carlos from here on out.
