No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $300 will be claimed from your security deposit.
Please do not get on the roof of the camper.
Do not exceed 75MPH.
You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, impounds and tows.
Approved pets only, please. If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $300 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.
Please let us know If you are running late. Returning the unit late will result in a penalty fee of $50 per hour
Any cost associated with negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.

We're happy to work with you regarding pick-up and drop-off times. Keep us in the loop and we can usually be flexible with you!
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

You need a 2'' ball hitch positioned approximately 20'' (from the ground to the top of the ball) off the ground and a 7-pin (round) connection to plug the trailer into your tow vehicle.
Q.How to you level the camper?
R.
Leveling the camper is achieved by turning the crank on the tongue of the trailer until the trailer is level front to back. We have small level inside the camper for you to use. We like to position it on the kitchen counter to get a good sense of levelness. The stabilizers/landing gear are only used to reduce the amount of side to side sway after the camper has been leveled front to back.

Yes. We will deliver the travel trailer for a rate of $1.50/mile (round trips).
Locally, we typically charge $150 - $200 for delivery, set up, walk-through and pick up, to Jordan Lake and Falls Lake campgrounds.
