It started with booking he immediately changed the price when we went to book before he would accept. So we had to accept his new price. The camper wasn’t clean. Then the camper was not level, the add says sleeps 10 he only allows 6. He only has 4 plates 4 forks no large pans only small to cook one egg. They utensils were broken. No paper towels, garbage bags. They didn’t set up the gas line or open outside kitchen. Need lighter to start oven but came with no lighter or matches. He told us no one uses it we were the first most people go out to eat. The sewage was never dumped from last client it backed up into camper on first day. The two sofa bed are so worn down and lumpy when you lay them down you have a 5-6 inch gap in middle of bed. Nothing was set up outside and the outside lights are burnt out. Outside kitchen isn’t that at all two burners that weren’t hooked up and a small sink. Wasn’t even set up. Was in contact with owner during trip he offered to bring us a new camper. drew we already unpacked everything we packed it all back up and had it outside waiting for him. Then he said car trouble and couldn’t bring it till 3 days into our trip. So we had to bring everything back into camper. We didn’t want to wast more time on the vacation. Told him we wanted a refund for first three days and we were just going to live with it. He agreed then told us to cal outdoorsy they deal with money. He then changed his mind and went back on his work to me and my mom. Said he will come get the camper and refund our money the rest of the trip leaving us with nothing. This man lied straight to our face when he came to level the camper. It was a nightmare and not worth it.
