The Moonshadow rental experience was great from start to bottom. The hosts went out of their way to ensure our trip was enjoyable. Questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly. We received clear instruction on operation of the RV and were provided a test drive of city and highway. The Moonshadow was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to drive. We hope to rent again from these well organized, caring and thoughtful owners.

We could not have asked for a better vehicle to take on our bucket list RV trip. “Moonshadow” was totally worth the drive from Toronto to Ottawa just to collect her. There is not a thing extra we could have asked for. Thank you to our incredible hosts Malcolm and Michelle who were so gracious and patient, who answered our many newbie questions and guided us through the procedures enabling us to feel totally at ease. Our vacation would not have been as incredible as it was were it not for them and our new friend “Moonshadow”.

We had a blast on our trip, and wouldn't change anything about it. From initial conversations to walk through and test drive all the way to returning the RV, Malcom and Michelle were phenomenal.

A wonderful experience from first contact with Michelle and Malcolm to final inspection and conclusion of the rental. Moonshadow is in great condition, very clean, and performed without issue for the 9 days of our rental. This motorhome has a trailer hitch that can accomodate a bike rack, which was essential for us. Michelle and Malcolm were very quick to respond to any questions I had while away on the trip. It is clear that they are experienced hosts who are genuinely eager to help facilitate the best experience possible, and the making of wonderful memories. They are both professional and thorough, and warm and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Moonshadow.
