Great people to deal with renting the RV. They went over all the functions in great detail. Beautiful camper. Had everything you needed to just drive away and have fun. Refrigerator, A/C, onboard Generator, Inverter, Roku TV. It was so nice to have a toilet when needed while traveling and in the middle of the night. It was also so nice to have a bed to sleep on whenever you wanted. The slide out made this RV really enjoyable to have.

RV Great Lakes prepared us well for our first time vacationing with an RV. They were professional, educated us well, and were responsive when we had questions.

Can't say enough great things about Carolina and Erik. They were accomodating and flexible when our schedules changed. They did a fantastic job of teaching us the ins and outs of the RV so we felt confident on the road. And not on that but the VITA is a JOY to drive and so comfortable and peppy. One of the sites we stayed at, the owners shouted when they saw us and said "that's the exact model my husband's been dreaming of!"

We had an absolute blast on our trip. The RV was the best way to do our Wisconsin golf trip and the support/instruction from RV Great Lakes was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing RV adventure out west with this RV from RV Great Lakes. The owners were so very helpful ahead of time answering all our questions (we had many...from how hard are the beds to does it have Android Auto) as we were first time RV'rs. I highly recommend watching their videos ahead of time at least two or three times before you pickup. It made it so much easier to know at pickup what was what. I admit I was very nervous about all the procedures but after a day or two our family got into a routine and knew what to do. I recommend assigning a task to each person to help at hook up. My son was in charge of electric and picnic set up. My husband did the water and sewer. My daughter and I did the inside including the slide out and awning and getting things unpacked each night.

If there was an option for more stars we’d give them more. An absolutely amazing experience. The tutorial videos and walkthrough made this adventure easy. We highly recommend renting this RV as the owners will support you through the whole process. We can’t wait to use the RV again this Fall!

I feel silly giving five stars for everything but it was truly a five star experience from top to bottom! RV Great Lakes thought of everything. Our family can’t wait to rent from them again. (Maybe a winter road trip next?)

This is a great group and a great RV. Drives easy and rides nicely. Easy to handle, easy to maintain and operate. You can focus on your trip and not the RV. Plenty of space and an overall great experience. We highly recommend!!!

I am a Milwaukee resident and was hesitant towards renting initially because I had never done this type of thing. The owners were wonderful and detailed the entire process for me. They made sure I was fully prepared and comfortable renting their coach. The coach itself is beautiful, it was new and it had every feature you could ask for on the road. Me and my family had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to our next trip. We were able to take a nice family trip that allowed us to stay in the comfort and safety of the coach throughout our trip. We were able to plan our trip so we could cook and sleep in the RV during the entire trip - something that we felt was very important given the current challenges presented when traveling in 2020. I would highly recommend renting from Great Lakes RV if you’re interested in an unforgettable road trip.
