This was my first time renting and pulling a trailer and Dan had it setup perfectly for us. He walked me through everything from hooking up to how to level it and set it up at our site. There was plenty of room for our 3 kids, dog, and my wife and I. The batteries were having a hard time holding a charge and the outdoor shower head was leaking so make sure these issues have been addressed when you rent it. We were able to work around it with the help of a generator. We would rent it again.

Dan was pretty prompt and trailer was as described. Floor was pretty dirty when we got it and water seemed like it had been sitting in the tank for a little while because it had a little smell to it. But trailer was big and beds were comfortable! Dan was very nice and easy to talk to.
