Christopher was an absolute all star RV host and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The RV really made our family trip one to remember. Will definitely rent from Christopher next time we get the inkling to adventure again! 10/5 stars!!

The vehicle was perfect for our 4-member family trip! It is a very easy-to-drive RV and driving feels really good. Inside is spacious and well equipped. First I worried 26.6 inches may be small for our family but the space was wide after the slideout is expanded. There were couple of issues with the RV, which were mostly non-major.
The only issue was the owner. Chris is a busy guy. He responded within an hour but the answers were just perfunctory or superficial. Communications were not always pleasant and sometimes frustrating.

Beautiful RV. Very easy to drive. Lots of space for storage, etc. Chris was very easy to work with and we had a fantastic trip.

This RV looks too old for a 2020 car. Several items were broken, like the fans on the ceiling, drawers; the fridge door was almost impossible to open. Some doors for storage are not working. The sewer hose is tough to use, I guess it is a factory defect, but it hurts. Everything was too dirty, and we spend a couple of hours cleaning everything up. An Android tablet controls the entire system. Every day it got disconnected, and we needed to unplug the car off the power and reboot the tablet. Sometimes it occurred during the night, and I needed to go out to unplug the car. All equipment (heater, AC, water heater, etc.) stops working when it occurs. The owner was kind and helped me to work on it. But these items need to be fixed to avoid annoying future renters. There is no wifi. There is no exterior storage for any travel bag. Tiny car because the project is not good. Everything is noisy when driving.

this review from Hugo is pure retaliation.
You can 100% tell by his complaints as he talks about how there is no storage! I’m not The manufacture Thor is ( please see the picture that it’s a SMALL RV with limited storage) If he took the time to view the videos he would have known the unit has limited space. It would not accommodate the excessive luggage (6 suitcases!) he brought along-and I told him this at the onset. As to his complaint the unit is noisy, it’s obvious he’s never been in a RV like this before. I didn’t manufacture the unit Hugo call them to complain about noise! You were obviously never been in a RV! This is not a luxury automobile!! I guarantee if you were to put your house on four wheels and drive at 70 miles an hour it would be loud LOLHugo is mad that I made a charge on his deposit for the many damages he made and the furnishings discarded (and wasn’t transparent about when he returned the unit) in the RV. This is the reason behind this review! I also gave him a bad review so that any other RV owner will know he is a dishonest person. I did/do my best to accommodate him & all my renters to the fullest extent, answering calls throughout all hours of the night (1am -2am like Hugo) but in life you can’t please everyone even though you go above and beyond for them.

We had a wonderful trip. The RV was perfect, and Chris was super helpful the whole time if we had questions about anything, from start to finish. 10/10 would very highly recommend! No way you could be disappointed!

Extremely unprofessional host. The RV itself was nice with minimal problems, but the host was unprofessional. This was our first trip in 17 months and we were really excited. Unfortunately, the experience left us with a lot to be desired.5. We had a fairly early flight to go back home when we dropped off the rental. We messaged the host multiple times in advance notifying him that a 7:45am drop off time was when we needed to drop it off. He said it was early, but not a problem. I confirmed this with him 2 days in advance, then a few times the night before. I wanted to be 100% sure that he was on board with this early drop off time.

Hello Victoria3) I have provided you a Brand New 2020 unit and it has only been on 7 trips. While on your Booking you broke 2 doors in 3 weeks. On leaving you signed saying the RV was in great condition and that the drawers were working. I check all drawers to make sure they are were all closing correctly. On your trip you broke 2 drawers and I DID NOT CHARGE YOU. I should have but Im a good Christian man and I understand that on a long 3 week 2000 mile journey things might break of pop open on the Road! It's ok and expected! And as for the fridge yes the handle is broken but after 4 replacements its better to leave off due to injury of the renter ( If you watched the YouTube Video you would have know that) To make sure the refrigerator is close just listen for the Click! I made this very clear we went over this during the 1 hour walk through.4) Your Multiple calls and multiple texts I tried to attended to your every call all 8 in the first 5 days, you’ve also sent numerous text messages and I was very attentive to your every need . 99% of my renters go over the Videos to make sure they do their do diligence and understand how to use this RV. It my fault I should have made it more clear to you to watch them. After 5 days 8 calls, and countless messages where every time referred back to the videos it’s my fault I should have emphasise the importance of them. As well as random calls like My food is frozen, and I tell you to put it inside the refrigerator and not the Freezer.Im truly sorry you had a inconvenient experience :( You never once mention this to me while in the Pre Booking process when you were on the road or on the many phone calls or texts so this definitely took me by surprise. Sorry you think my RV has a bit of wear and tear for it being a 2020, But you were the one who made the most damages , and were not charged. I have evidence to back all my statements, because she was renting out my $100k New 2020 RV.To ALL Prospect renter out there that reads this review from Victoria please read the other past 5 star reviews and understand there was no major issues or problems with my RV other than drawers that she broke me being 15min late to Drop off. Everything else was stated BEFORE SHE BOOKED. The one star review was very unprofessional and wrongly evaluated. I would expect a one star review if I wasn’t attentive to all her calls & texts, and I was. I would expect a one star review if there was catastrophic failure to the RV, and there wasn’t. I would expect a one star review if I was Rude, and I absolutely was not. It’s sad she had an inconvenient experience but she only had a hard time because she did not watch the YouTube videos on how to operate the RV as instructed. She brought up things that were already had discussed BEFORE booking the RV, and still wrote it in the 1 star review.

This was our first RV experience and it did not disappoint. Chris was informative when RV was dropped off all the way to pick up. Had a couple of questions along the journey and he either answered immediately or responded promptly and patiently walked me through. The RV was very clean and easy to operate. I am looking forward to renting one of Chris’s RV’s again soon.

Brand new and extremely clean RV. Took it skiing and driving in the snow was very easy as highway driving as well. Chris was very helpful and very easy to deal with. Completely recommend it and would defiantly rent again. Thanks for the amazing trip for Christmas and New Years!
